About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the growth, positioning and storytelling of our brand. This role will involve creating and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, driving collaborations, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms. You will work closely with creative, digital, and retail teams to build meaningful connections with our audience and strengthen brand recall.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute brand and marketing plans across digital, retail, print, and events.

· Ensure consistency in brand communication, visuals, and customer experience.

· Coordinate content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

· Plan and manage campaign calendars and promotional activities.

· Work with design, merchandising, and sales teams on product launches and campaigns.

· Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, printers, and digital partners.

· Support PR activities and manage communication with the PR consultant.

· Identify and coordinate brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.

· Organise events, workshops, exhibitions,



and customer engagement initiatives.

· Monitor competitor activity and track market trends.

· Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

· Manage timelines, budgets, and execution of ongoing marketing projects.

· Maintain and update brand assets, presentations, and communication materials.

· Support retail stores with VM communication and promotional requirements.

· Ensure timely coordination and follow-up across all marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, PR, and retail branding.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
