About the Role
Maiz is looking for a Marketing Manager to own end-to-end brand strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution across our outlets and digital presence. This role is critical to shaping how Maiz shows up to the world — from packaging and social content to launches and on-ground experiences — while maintaining a consistent, distinctive brand identity as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Maiz brand voice, visual identity, and tone across digital, outlet, and experiential touchpoints
- Conceive and lead campaigns — new launches, seasonal moments, collaborations, brand partnerships
- Brief and manage designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies/freelancers
- Translate brand strategy into content calendars, social storytelling, and on-ground activations
- Partner directly with founders on brand positioning, naming, and creative direction for recent products,
menus, or outlets
- Plan and execute brand experiences — pop-ups,
tastings, collabs, event partnerships
- Track food culture, design trends, and competitor brands to keep Maiz feeling current and distinct
- Manage budgets and timelines for brand projects without compromising creative quality
- Maintain brand consistency across all outlets and touchpoints as Maiz scales pan-India
Positive to Have
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or as an Account/Brand lead at a creative or advertising agency
- Prior experience with a food, F&B;, QSR, or hospitality brand
- A genuine creative sensibility — an eye for good design, copy, and ideas, and the ability to articulate why they work
- Proven track record of taking campaigns from concept to execution, not just strategy decks
- Comfortable briefing and directing creative talent (design, photo/video, copy)
- Scrappy, hands-on energy — happy to be on-site at a shoot or outlet activation
