Job Title: Marketing Manager – Bihar

Location: Bihar (Managing markets of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha)

Experience Required: 5–8 years in Marketing/Franchise Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to work closely with franchise partners and centres across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha. The role involves supporting daily operations, driving enrolment growth, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency while enabling centres to achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with franchise partners and centres to streamline daily operations.
- Drive enrolment enhancements through targeted initiatives and campaigns.
- Support existing and upcoming centres in building attractive school environments and executing marketing plans.
- Maintain robust knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Act as custodian of the brand in the region, ensuring adherence to brand standards.




- Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver service excellence and partner satisfaction.
- Enable centres to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, franchise operations, or education services.
- Strong operational and marketing execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive regional growth.
