About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to own demand generation and build a repeatable inbound engine that generates qualified leads, demos and sales pipeline.

This is a pipeline-focused role, not a brand-focused role. You will be responsible for running campaigns, managing the marketing budget, measuring performance and scaling channels that generate business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute demand-generation campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, webinars and targeted campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads and demo bookings for the SDR and Sales teams.
- Own the monthly paid marketing budget and track CPL, conversion and pipeline.
- Work closely with SDRs and AEs on lead handoff, messaging and outbound campaigns.
- Develop marketing messaging for HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Create and optimize landing pages, website content, decks, one-pagers and case studies.
- Track pipeline sourced, CPL, conversion rates and CAC and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Manage focused founder-led LinkedIn and thought-leadership content aimed at HR leaders.




- Work hands-on across campaign copy, advertisements, landing pages and analytics.

Candidate Profile
- 48 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, preferably in a startup workplace.
- Strong experience in Demand Generation / Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing a marketing budget and being responsible for marketing performance.
- Proven experience generating qualified leads, demos or sales pipeline.
- Experience creating or optimizing landing pages.
- Strong understanding of CRM, web analytics and marketing performance metrics.
- Comfortable working with CPL, CAC, conversion and pipeline metrics.
- Strong English writing and communication skills; comfortable working in Hindi.
- Experience marketing to Indian enterprises is preferred.
- Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, Talent Acquisition or enterprise software is an advantage.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.
