Kinetic Age is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads, to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and marketing budgets.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Improve lead quality, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
- Build and optimise customer acquisition funnels, landing pages, and remarketing campaigns.
- Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos; run structured A/B tests.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Partner with sales to track leads through to conversion and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Manage organic social media, SEO, email, and WhatsApp marketing initiatives.




- Report on campaign performance, budget utilisation, and business outcomes.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal marketing resources as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with substantial hands-on ownership of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- A proven track record of generating qualified leads and scaling campaigns efficiently.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, creative testing, and funnel optimisation.
- Experience with analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, and CRM reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, measure, and improve campaigns.

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or other consumer service businesses.
- Experience with local lead generation and campaigns across multiple locations.
- Experience building or managing a marketing team.
