Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain qualified relationships with agents/franchise partners and provide continuous support throughout the partnership.

Coordinate with agents at all stages, including agent recruitment, onboarding, training, application processing, and marketing support.

Identify and recruit new agents/franchise partners to expand the organization's network.

Conduct training and orientation sessions to ensure agents understand programs, processes, application requirements, and company policies.





Provide timely support and guidance to agents regarding the application and admission process.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve agent queries and ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.

Support agents with marketing activities, promotional materials, campaigns, and brand communication.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase agent engagement and generate business opportunities.

Monitor agent performance, application submissions, conversions, and overall business contribution.

Maintain regular communication with agents and ensure they receive updated information about programs, offers, processes, and marketing initiatives.

Identify opportunities to strengthen the agent network and improve business growth.

Prepare regular reports on agent recruitment, training, applications, conversions, marketing activities, and revenue.

Work closely with management and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between agents and the organization.

Achieve assigned targets related to agent recruitment, business development, applications, and revenue generation.
