Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (not from local areas) to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns that promote Bakemate's products, strengthen brand visibility, and drive sales growth across traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals

- Manage brand positioning, packaging, and product launches

- Plan and oversee digital marketing (social media, website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns)

- Coordinate trade marketing, in-store promotions, and dealer/distributor branding

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to guide strategy

- Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI on campaigns

- Coordinate with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets

- Oversee content creation, advertising, and creative agency coordination

- Plan and execute participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events

- Track and report campaign performance metrics to management

- Build and manage relationships with media, vendors, and marketing partners





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG/food manufacturing industry

- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms

Skills Required

- Robust strategic and analytical thinking

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms)

- Budget management and ROI analysis
