Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and product launches across online and offline channels.

- Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor actions to spot new opportunities.

- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds to high-performing projects.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor marketing staff and coordinate with external agency partners.

- Performance Tracking: Measure return on investment (ROI) and present reports to senior management.

- Cross-Functional Work: Partner with sales, product, and finance teams to align goals. ualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.





- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or project management.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with web analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation software (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and use metrics to guide decisions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
