Role Overview: The Marketing Executive will help promote our hospital’s services and engage with the community to increase patient numbers. This role involves organizing health camps, outreach programs, and creating partnerships with local organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the hospital.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, institutions, and referral partners.
- Lead the hospital's doctor outreach and referral network development.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing referral channels.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, CME programs, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Lead and monitor the marketing team and field executives.
- Set targets, review performance, and ensure achievement of marketing objectives.
- Develop corporate and institutional tie-ups for hospital services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and referral patterns.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance updates to the management.
- Work closely with the hospital's clinical and administrative teams to support overall growth.
- Community Outreach: Develop and run programs to inform the community (people) about our services.
- Health Camps: Organize and manage health camps in different areas in and around Ranchi to provide basic health services and promote the hospital.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to engage the community and promote health education.
- Marketing Campaigns:



Work with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to attract and retain patients.
- Market Research: Conduct research to find new outreach opportunities and gather feedback to improve services.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities, campaign performance, and community feedback. Report regularly to the marketing manager.
- Brand Representation: Represent the Hospital professionally and in alignment with our values and mission.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare marketing.
- Robust network and understanding of the local healthcare market will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong team-handling and target-achievement capabilities.
- Willingness to undertake field visits and represent the hospital professionally.
- Candidates with a proven track record in healthcare marketing and business development are encouraged to apply.Preferred Skills:
