Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Marcomm team as a Marketing Manager. This role will be instrumental in supporting various aspects of marketing (online, offline, content mktg), social media management (organic & paid), PR & reputation mangement, vendor management, and merchandise coordination, for MyBranch Services. This position reports to the Head of Marcom & Branding & has span of control of 2-3 reportees.

Qualifications needed

Bachelor's / Post graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Min 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications roles, for offline & online mediums. Individuals preferred from Coworking, flexspace or real estate industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for marketing and branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Office branding a.



Location/office branding b. Photoshoots post office branding c. Price negotiations d. Overall vendor management e. Travel quarterly for location audits - once per qtr
- Digital footprint a. Website upkeep b. Google pin activity – 100% coverage.

c. Social media – identification of new concepts & implementation d. Social media monitoring & reporting & coordination for monthly newsletters
- Brand awareness a. Award & events identification & participation b. PR & media coordination – Coordination with agency and internal team members c. ATL, BTL activities d. Train center heads on branding requirements half yearly e. Content Collaboration with aggregators & property consultanats f. Print media
- Lead generation a. Set up, monitor & drive paid digital mktg campaigns as per business needs b. Coordination with sales team to push higher conversions

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product Management, and Creative Services to ensure integrated marketing efforts and consistent brand messaging.

Facilitate communication and information sharing between departments to streamline processes and enhance collaboration on marketing projects and initiatives.
