Marketing Lead – Brand

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who wants to build a brand, not just manage marketing.

You’ll work closely with the founders to shape how Speedioo shows up in the market — from social media and content to campaigns, storytelling and brand-building initiatives.

This is a brand-first, hands-on role, with a robust understanding of performance marketing and ROI.

What You’ll Own

Build and execute Speedioo’s brand and content strategy.

Build a strong and engaging presence across social media and digital platforms.

Create campaigns and content that people notice, remember and engage with.

Develop creative ideas, narratives and campaigns that strengthen the Speedioo brand.

Work with creative, content and performance teams to bring ideas to life.

Understand Google & Meta performance marketing, campaign metrics and ROI.

Lead the marketing team while staying hands-on with execution.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

Robust hands-on experience in Brand, Content & Social Media Marketing.

Good understanding of Performance Marketing, Google & Meta Ads.

Experience leading a small team while remaining hands-on.

Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.

Someone who is hungry, curious, experimental and ownership-driven.

Most importantly, someone who wants to build something from scratch.
