Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Identify, generate, and engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social media, referrals, digital campaigns, and other relevant channels.

- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products or programs, conduct effective product presentations, address queries, and convert qualified leads into customers.

- Manage leads throughout the sales funnel, maintain consistent follow-ups, update CRM records, and ensure timely movement of prospects from enquiry to conversion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, provide timely assistance, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

- Support and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to improve brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and increase customer acquisition.

- Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, lead generation, and conversion targets through structured sales and marketing activities.

- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, new business opportunities, and potential target segments.

- Coordinate with marketing, product, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, address customer concerns,



and improve the overall sales process.

- Collect customer feedback, identify common objections and market requirements, and share actionable insights with the management team to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and campaign performance, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
