We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and enthusiastic Marketing Intern / Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, content, and business growth.

What You’ll Work On

- Research target companies, industries, customers, and market trends.
- Identify prospects and decision-makers using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support lead generation, outreach, and prospect database management.
- Assist in planning and executing email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Draft personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and marketing communications.
- Create and support content for LinkedIn, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Research content ideas relevant to YUJ, our offerings, and target audiences.
- Support webinars, workshops, events, invitations, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Track campaign responses, engagement, leads, and maintain basic reports.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Business teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For




- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Curiosity to understand businesses, customers, and markets.
- Interest in B2B marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, and business growth.
- Ability to write clear and engaging emails and social media content.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
- Proactive approach, ownership, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred: MBA/PGDM Marketing or relevant internship/academic project experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, business development, content, or lead generation.
