About Oges

Oges is an engineering and technology company with strong expertise in the Oil & Gas and Energy sector. We work on enterprise-scale projects, industrial solutions, and business transformation initiatives, combining deep domain knowledge with modern technology to deliver real impact. We are looking for 1-2 ambitious, execution-oriented interns to build our marketing function from the ground up, with some exposure to business development documentation .

We're specifically looking for young, creative minds who want to build a brand and a marketing playbook from zero, not just execute someone else's plan. Marketing here won't be repetitive or boring: you'll help set the tone, the guidelines, and the whole direction for how Oges (and eventually ScaleIQ) markets itself to the world.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Case study creation: detailed long-form, short one-pager, and brochure versions
- LinkedIn content and channel management (posting, calendar, engagement
- PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use
- Marketing from scratch: Oges is now backed by ScaleIQ, an energy-tech investment platform,



so we're building the company's brand guidelines and marketing function for the first time. You'll help shape those guidelines, not just follow them, giving you exposure to the entire marketing domain.
- Video case studies (concept and coordination; editing support provided)
- YouTube channel management
- Website content updates
- Tender and proposal documentation support (paperwork and coordination with client)
- Client communication follow-ups

Skills Required

- Solid written content skills in English (case studies, brochures, one-pagers)
- PPT design sense, not just data entry
- Canva or a similar basic design tool
- LinkedIn management experience or solid working understanding
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, design, or video
- Comfortable learning video and website basics on the job (not mandatory to already know)
- Organized, detail-oriented, ownership-driven attitude
