Position: Marketing Intern

Location: Gurugram, Sector 48 (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team in various marketing, branding, content, and promotional activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media management, market research, content creation, and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the creation of content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's social media presence.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Help create marketing presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing creative content, including posts, captions, blogs, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and branding requirements.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and assist in tracking their performance.
- Support employee engagement and internal branding initiatives when required.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,



or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and robust attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and branding.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A creative, proactive, and positive mindset.
