We are building the Founder’s Office at Dubcall and are looking for individuals who want to work closely on real business growth, not just observe or assist.
This is a cross-functional role where you will work directly on how a startup goes to market, builds its presence, and interacts with clients.
Dubcall is focused on building AI voice solutions for business workflows, and this role is about executing and supporting that growth.
Role Overview
As part of the Founder’s Office, you will contribute across multiple functions based on your strengths and performance.
Sales & Outreach
Identify potential clients and generate leads
Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Support follow-ups and client communication
Marketing & Growth
Work on LinkedIn content and brand positioning
Support visibility and growth initiatives
Assist in campaign planning and execution
Content / Video
Create short-form content (reels, edits, demos)
Support storytelling and product communication
Improve content quality and engagement
This is not a fixed role.
You will be expected to take ownership and contribute across areas.
