Marketing & Learning Content Intern

About the Role

- We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Marketing & Learning Content Intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D;) initiatives. The ideal candidate should have an interest in content creation, digital marketing, learning communications, and training enablement. This role offers an opportunity to work on marketing campaigns, learning content, presentations, videos, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Create engaging marketing and learning-related content for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in designing promotional materials, learning campaigns, newsletters, and communication assets.
- Generate content ideas using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation platforms.
- Support branding and awareness initiatives related to Learning & Development programs.

Presentation Development
- Create and enhance professional PowerPoint presentations for training programs, leadership communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit, format, and optimize existing presentation decks.
- Ensure presentations are visually appealing and aligned with branding guidelines.

Digital Media & Video Support
- Use Canva to design graphics, posters, banners, and training-related creatives.
- Manage and organize video content on platforms such as Vimeo.
- Assist with basic video editing and multimedia content creation.

Data & Reporting




- Assist in Maintaining reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze engagement metrics and prepare basic reports.

Administrative & Coordination Support
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and communication related to learning initiatives.
- Support the team in content management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with Canva.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Vimeo or other video-hosting platforms.
- Ability to create, edit, and format professional presentations.
- Working knowledge of Excel functions, data management, and reporting.

Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, HR, Learning & Development, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Interest in Learning & Development, employee learning, training programs, and organizational capability building.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content creation.
