We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to our marketing and student acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing creatives.
- Research trending content ideas, competitor campaigns, and student engagement strategies.
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

2. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

- Assist in executing student admission campaigns, webinars, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Support lead generation initiatives through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the sales and admissions teams to track campaign-generated leads.
- Help develop and test new marketing ideas to improve student acquisition.

3. Content Creation & Branding

- Write engaging captions, marketing messages, ad copies, and promotional content.
- Assist in creating short-form videos, reels, and student-focused content.
- Coordinate with teachers, students,



and internal teams to capture testimonials and educational content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare daily and weekly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain marketing databases and campaign trackers.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance based on available data.

Who Should Apply?We are looking for someone who:
- Is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Has a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Is comfortable communicating in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Has basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, Meta Ads, or Google Sheets.
- Is creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Is comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment and learning new marketing tools.

Previous marketing experience is not mandatory. A strong willingness to learn and execute is essential. What You Will LearnYou will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, campaign execution, lead generation, content strategy, and marketing analytics.

You will also get an opportunity to work closely with the marketing and growth teams to understand how marketing campaigns contribute to student admissions and business growth.
