KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms

- Plan and execute digital & performance marketing strategies

- Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

- Build and improve user acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion

- Track and analyze key metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, Conversions & ROAS

- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities

- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content and ad campaigns

- Experiment with different audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies

- Identify new channels and opportunities for customer acquisition

- Coordinate with business and product teams to support overall growth objectives

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR





- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

- Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram marketing

- Knowledge of lead generation, user acquisition, funnels, and conversion optimization

- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions

- Good communication, creativity, and execution skills

- Ability to take ownership and work independently

- Experience working in a startup workplace will be an advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
