We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and promote Mercyls Ice Cream. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with retailers and distributors, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Mercyls Ice Cream.
Identify and approach new retailers, distributors, supermarkets, and other sales channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers and distributors.
Conduct market visits to identify recent business opportunities and understand market trends.
Promote products and ensure strong brand visibility at retail outlets.
Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to achieve business targets.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotions, and brand activations.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Collect customer and retailer feedback and share insights with the management.
Prepare regular reports on market visits, sales activities, and marketing performance.
Support the company in expanding Mercyls Ice Cream into new markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or ice cream industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for market visits.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in FMCG sales/marketing, distributor handling, retail sales, or food & beverage marketing will be preferred.
