Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode.

The Marketing

Executive will develop and execute marketing plans to promote Thangals Jewellery’s products and brand, working closely with sales and management teams. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, supporting sales campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and managing marketing materials across offline and digital channels.



The role also involves maintaining consistent brand messaging, monitoring competitors, and preparing regular reports on marketing performance.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with store and corporate teams to drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and implement Market Planning and Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong Market Research skills to gather customer insights, analyze trends, and monitor competitors.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, engage customers, and present marketing ideas clearly.
- Sales and Marketing capabilities to support promotions, drive store traffic, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in retail or jewelry marketing is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment.
