Role Description The Marketing Executive – Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role involves planning and executing marketing and sales activities to promote Offenso’s cybersecurity programs, including lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.

The Marketing

Executive – Sales will conduct market research, identify target segments, and support campaign development across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospective learners, presenting course offerings,



coordinating with the academic and operations teams, and maintaining CRM data and sales reports. The role also requires building relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and community groups to increase brand visibility and enrollments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and learner needs.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to present programs clearly and build trust with prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, conduct consultations, negotiate, and close enrollments.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or cybersecurity-related sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple tasks, and use digital tools (CRM, social media, office software) effectively.
