Rangoli Fashion is a Nagpur-based retail brand specializing in sarees and imitation jewellery, with a growing footprint in cosmetics, bags, and accessories. Alongside our flagship store, we're building a D2C online presence to reach customers beyond Nagpur. We're a fast-growing, family-run business focused on giving customers a complete styling destination — from ethnic wear to everyday accessories.

Role Overview

You'll own end-to-end marketing execution — from planning festive/seasonal campaigns to running WhatsApp broadcasts, creating content for social media, and keeping our website updated. This is a builder's role: equal parts creative and operational. You will have ownership and autonomy and with time build your own team to support you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across offline (in-store promotions, local advertising) and online channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, website)
- Manage WhatsApp marketing — broadcast campaigns, customer engagement, and promotions to our existing customer base
- Create content for social media: photos, reels, captions, and post scheduling (Instagram @rangoliemporio and others)
- Maintain and update the website (Shopify)



— product listings, banners, offers, and basic content changes
- Coordinate festive/seasonal campaign calendars (e.g., wedding season, Diwali, regional festivals)
- Track campaign performance and report on engagement, reach, and sales impact
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency (handling Google/Instagram ads and SEO) where needed

- Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, social media agency or content roles (retail/fashion/jewellery experience a plus)
- Comfortable with basic content creation (photography/reels a plus, or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business tools, and basic e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience a plus)
- Positive written communication in Hindi/Marathi and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur
