Rays Education is looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for visiting schools and educational institutions, building relationships with school authorities, promoting our educational programs, and following up with schools, students, and parents to generate and convert leads.

The role is highly focused on field visits, communication, relationship building, lead follow-up, and student enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and educational institutions regularly to introduce and promote Rays Education’s programs.
- Meet with principals, teachers, coordinators, counsellors, and other school representatives.
- Explain courses, programs, and student opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with schools and institutional partners.
- Identify potential opportunities for student engagement, seminars, workshops, and other educational activities.
- Follow up regularly with school contacts regarding programs and enrollment opportunities.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure proper handling of leads and inquiries.
- Schedule and attend meetings with schools and other educational institutions.
- Maintain records of school visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups,



and outcomes.
- Report daily/weekly field activities and follow-up status to the management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in field marketing, education, school outreach, institutional sales, or business development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence in field work are also welcome to apply.
- Must be comfortable working on-site and travelling for regular school visits in and around Kannur.
