JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive COMPANY: Mylogical Software Solutions LOCATION: Salem, Tamil Nadu JOB TYPE: Full-time | On-site : Mylogical Software Solutions is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our software products and IT services, generate new business leads and build strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify potential customers and generate new business leads. Promote our software products, websites, mobile apps, CRM, ERP and billing software. Conduct field marketing and visit potential clients. Explain software products and services to customers. Schedule client meetings and software demonstrations. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and direct meetings. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the development team. Maintain customer information and follow-up details in CRM. Negotiate with customers and close sales. Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Identify recent business opportunities and market trends. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead conversion.





REQUIRED SKILLS: Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English communication skills. Strong sales, marketing and negotiation skills. Customer relationship management. Lead generation and follow-up. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Willingness to travel for client meetings. Two-wheeler preferred for field marketing.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Experience in software sales or IT services marketing is an advantage. Knowledge of digital marketing, Meta Ads and social media is a plus. Experience in B2B sales and business development is preferred.

SALARY: Salary will be based on experience, skills and interview performance.
