Role Description This is a full-time, gender-neutral Marketing Executive role focused on interior fitout works, based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement (on-site and some work from home).

The Marketing

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and developers, and promote the company’s interior fitout services across commercial and residential sectors. Daily tasks include developing marketing plans, preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating with the design and project teams, and following up on leads to convert them into projects. The role also involves managing digital and offline marketing activities, conducting market research, attending client meetings and site visits,



and supporting brand visibility through events, networking, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

- Solid client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and convert leads into projects.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in interior design, construction, real estate, or related fitout industries.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation activities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email campaigns, basic content creation) to support online brand presence.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Professional presentation skills and comfort with client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Understanding of interior fitout processes, materials, and project workflows is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow and occasionally to other locations as project needs arise.
