Position Marketing Executive – Fresher

About the Role We are looking for an energetic and motivated MBA graduate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, customer interaction, travel, and relationship building, with a strong interest in developing a career in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute marketing and promotional activities for the organization.
- Visit colleges, institutions, and other relevant locations for promotional activities.
- Interact with students, parents, educational professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Generate and follow up on potential leads and support the admissions/business development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and institutional partners.
- Support seminars, workshops, campaigns, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Conduct market research and identify recent marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales teams to achieve campaign objectives.




- Prepare basic reports on field activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Travel within assigned territories as required.

Eligibility
- MBA Graduate – Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for work.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
