Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding b usiness opportunities , supporting sales and recruitment activities, strengthening networker relationships , coordinating marketing initiatives , and driving overall market growth.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Business Expansion: Identify and explore new market areas to expand DXN’s presence and develop strategies to tap into current customer segments.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate the sales and recruitment activities of branches, warehouses,



and stockiest to identify gaps and drive growth.
- Network Development: Build strong relationships with networkers, provide mentoring, and monitor the development of Star Agents, Star Ruby's, and Star Diamonds.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company activities, including monthly meetings, motivational rallies, mega sizzles, and recognition nights.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and track networker engagement with other MLM companies to provide strategic recommendations.
- Customer Care & Training: Address conflicts, respond to market queries, and ensure the delivery of effective training programs across regions.

Desired Qualification:
- UG: BBA / BMS / Management
- PG: MBA / PGDM (Any Specialization)

Compensation:
