WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING EXECUTIVE – B2B GROWTH & CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT

Corporate Sports Club (CSC) is a pan-India employee engagement platform powered by sports, wellness, technology and corporate events.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team and support marketing, lead generation, corporate outreach and event promotion across India.

Position

Marketing Executive – B2B Growth & Corporate Engagement

Location: Chennai / Hybrid / Work From Home

Coverage: Pan-India

Experience: 0–2 years

Employment: Full time

Travel: Willingness to travel across India when required

Languages: Hindi & English – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

B2B Marketing & Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential corporate clients across India.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, digital campaigns and other channels.
- Support campaigns targeting HR, Admin, Employee Engagement and corporate decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with clients.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM.

Digital Marketing & Content
- Support LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other digital marketing activities.
- Assist with social media posts, campaign content and promotional materials.
- Support email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Corporate Events
- Support marketing activities for Corporate Olympics, Corporate Sangamam and CSC corporate sports programs.
- Assist with registrations, promotions and corporate communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors.
- Support on-ground event marketing when required.

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, sales,



business development or events.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Fluent Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with corporate professionals.
- Willingness to travel across India for events and business activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and online tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Interest in sports, events, employee engagement or corporate wellness is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM is an added advantage.

Flexible Working CSC offers a flexible working model:

Chennai Office | Hybrid | Work From Home The role may require occasional office visits, client meetings and travel for corporate events, depending on business requirements.
