College Guru is a career advisory and higher education guidance organization that helps students explore academic opportunities and make informed educational decisions. We provide career counselling and admission guidance for undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programs across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions for promotional activities.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on student leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other institutions.
- Conduct student awareness programs, career guidance sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Support admission campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
- Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, events, and other outreach activities.
- Maintain daily field activity, visit, lead, and follow-up reports.
- Represent College Guru professionally during institutional visits and events.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, business development,



field marketing, or field promotion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with students, parents, teachers, and educational institutions.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.
- Two-wheeler (bike) preferred.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
