Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and personable Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the interior design or real estate space. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and engaging potential clients looking to design or renovate their apartments and living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for residential interior design projects, with a focus on apartments and living spaces

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, builders, real estate developers, and housing communities

- Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and target segments

- Coordinate site visits and initial client consultations, working closely with the design team

- Develop and execute outreach strategies (digital, on-ground, and networking) to build a strong sales pipeline

- Maintain a CRM/lead tracker and provide regular updates on pipeline status and conversions

- Represent the brand professionally at property expos, society events, and client meetings

- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client acquisition — preferably within interior design, real estate, or a related industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to lead generation and client outreach

- Familiarity with residential interior design concepts and client expectations is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace;

experience with CRM tools is an advantage

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- A two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
