We are looking for a Marketing Executive to handle and convert leads received through the company's social media and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating with the internal team, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle and follow up on leads received through social media and digital marketing channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their swimming pool/spa requirements.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and project details to clients.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the technical, design,
and installation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly lead-conversion and sales targets.
Requirements:-
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer handling.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Experience in swimming pools, spas, construction, real estate, or building materials will be an advantage.
