Compensation: 3 LPA (Full-Time)

Incentives: Deal based (Starting from 4-8% commission).

Must have skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing.
- Ability to work with AI and Tech Tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Good to have:

- Design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of software development and tech.

Day to Day Job:

- Working with the Founder to execute our marketing strategy.




- Researching prospects and understanding their requirements.
- Client sourcing through multiple channels.
- Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Learning AI and Tech to keep upskilling and to better understand industry.
- Supporting smallTech’s portfolio of products & services.

Interview & Recruitment Format

- One Round of Interview Only. Format: a cooperative work session.
- Decisions will be communicated within 24 hours.
- Paid probationary period of 1 month. (Real interview).
- Regular performance reviews throughout the month.
- Final verdict & appointment letter at the end of the 1st month.
