Job Overview

Oyi Media is looking for a proactive and organised business coordination executive to manage brand communication, coordination, lead follow-ups, collaboration activities, data generation, and content-related operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence in making calls, good coordination abilities, and an interest in brand collaborations, social media, content creation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with brands, potential clients, content creators, leads, and internal teams.
- Make outbound calls to brands, leads, clients, and potential collaborators.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
- Research and generate brand collaboration data, including brand details, contact information, social media profiles, and business requirements.
- Identify potential brands and maintain a database of collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate with brands and creators for collaboration requirements, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Assist in brand outreach, collaboration proposals, follow-ups, and campaign coordination.
- Handle and respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages, and social media comments professionally.
- Coordinate with the content and social media team for posts, reels, campaigns, and collaboration-based content.
- Assist in content-related and social media activities as required.
- Maintain and regularly update brand, lead, creator, and collaboration databases in MS Excel and Google Sheets.




- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to calls, follow-ups, leads, brands, and collaborations.
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and communication history.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads, collaborations, and assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily business activities.
- Perform other coordination, communication, research, and operational tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility & Education
- A bachelor's/graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in business coordination, brand coordination, business development, client coordination, calling, customer support, social media, content, or related roles will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular calling and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
