Scale Labs is hiring a Marketing & Creative Generalist to support across content, creative execution, social media, and day-to-day marketing activities.

nThis is a broad, execution-focused role for someone who can take ownership of different tasks, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
n
nCandidates must be based in Mumbai. (Full-Time, Remote). Freelancers should NOT apply.

nResponsibilities:
n1. Support day-to-day marketing, content, and creative execution
n2. Create social media creatives, posts, carousels, and other visual content using Canva
n3. Use AI image generation tools to create visuals and creative assets
n4. Handle basic video editing for reels, short-form videos, and other content
n5. Write articles, social media copies, captions, and other marketing content
n6. Assist in creating and maintaining social media content calendars
n7. Coordinate social media content and execution across internal teams
n8. Support content planning, execution, and coordination for different projects
n9. Assist with research and execution of content ideas and topics when required
n10.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution
n11. Work across different types of marketing and creative tasks based on business requirements

nRequirements:
n1. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) – mandatory
n2. Strong writing and content creation skills
n3. Good hands-on experience with Canva
n4. Familiarity with AI image generation tools
n5. Basic video editing skills
n6. Ability to create and manage social media calendars
n7. Strong organizational and coordination skills
n8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
n9. Quick learner who is comfortable handling varied responsibilities
n10. Strong attention to detail and execution skills
n11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
n12. Candidates must be based in Mumbai
n13. Prior experience in marketing, social media, content, or a similar role is preferred
