Qualification:-
MBA in Marketing, Sales or Relevant Field
- MBA from a recognized university/institution.
- Knowledge of wire and wire products will be preferred.
Experience
- 3–4 Years of Relevant Sales Experience
- Experience in Steel Wire, GI Wire or Wire Products will be preferred.
Salary · ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Salary will be based on qualification, experience and technical competency.
Job Summary
- We are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- The candidate should have good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills, along with knowledge of the wire industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers.
- Generate recent business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Conduct customer visits and market development activities.
- Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports and MIS.
- Support the Sales Manager in business development activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship and business development skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Steel Wire, GI Wire and Wire Products.
- Good MS Excel and sales reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 3–4 years of sales experience in the Steel Wire, GI Wire or Wire Products industry will be preferred.
- The candidate should be confident, customer-focused and capable of independently handling customers and sales activities.

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
