Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the telecalling and lead conversion team.

- Allocate leads to team members and monitor daily follow-ups.

- Track calls, lead status, appointments, and conversions.

- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and maximize lead conversions.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the team.

- Monitor individual team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Train telecallers on communication, product/service knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.

- Handle key leads, customer escalations, and difficult cases when required.

- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM/system.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.





- Ensure the team achieves assigned conversion and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead conversion, or team management.

- Previous experience managing a telecalling/sales team is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

- Good understanding of lead management and sales conversion processes.

- Experience with CRM software, lead management systems, or calling platforms is an advantage.

- Target-oriented with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Tamil and English communication skills are required.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
