Role Description This is a full-time on-site Marketing Coordinator role based in Noida.

The Marketing

Coordinator will plan and execute marketing activities to promote Basu Classes’ programs, including digital and offline campaigns and local outreach initiatives. The role involves coordinating promotional events, workshops, and school interactions, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing projects.

Coordinator will work closely with faculty and management to develop compelling messaging,



and support sales follow-ups with prospective students and parents. The position also includes tracking campaign performance, maintaining marketing reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements to increase enrollment and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with students, parents, and school partners.
- Sales and relationship-building skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and enrollment conversion.
- Event Planning and coordination skills for organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Writing skills for creating clear and engaging marketing content, such as social media posts, flyers, and basic copy.
- Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp campaigns) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; prior experience in education or coaching institutes is a plus.
