Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and consumer-focused Copywriter to develop high-performing communication for existing customers. The role requires someone who can turn customer insights and campaign briefs into sharp, engaging communication that encourages customers to take action.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Copywriting

- Write customer communication across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other CRM channels.
- Develop strong, attention-grabbing hooks.
- Write concise and persuasive campaign messages and CTAs.
- Create copy for offers reactivation, frequency, loyalty, referrals, and customer journeys.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, or related field
- 1–2 years of copywriting/content experience




- Excellent command of written English
- Robust short-form and conversational writing ability
- Ability to write catchy hooks without becoming gimmicky.
- Ability to adapt tone across brands and customer segments.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience writing WhatsApp/CRM communication.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour
- Hinglish/regional language capability is an advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance-led copywriting
- Strong attention to detail
