Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Executive with a strong background in B2B/industrial marketing and direct client interaction.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, conducting client visits, and promoting our NDT, Inspection, Consultancy and Training services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop new clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct direct client meetings and regular client visits.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, quotations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain a strong industrial client network.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.




- Track marketing and business development activities and report to management.
- Travel as required for client meetings and business development.
- Ability to independently handle and manage client interactions in line with management expectations, company requirements and business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing activities and the company’s marketing portfolio.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, Industrial Sales or Technical Marketing.
- Experience in NDT, Inspection, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power or other industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel continuously within Pune and across India, as required.

Pay: ₹41,500.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
