**Role Description

T** he Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and assisting in the promotion of industrial components to domestic and global markets. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, managing online and offline marketing activities, and tracking campaign performance.

Associate will help maintain customer databases, support lead generation efforts, and contribute to brand-building initiatives.



The role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in market research, including analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Experience or interest in marketing and sales, with the ability to support campaigns, lead generation, and customer outreach.
- Basic project management skills to coordinate marketing activities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using productivity tools and basic marketing software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or email marketing platforms).
- Understanding of B2B or industrial markets is an advantage; experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
