1. Job Purpose

To support the marketing team in executing promotional activities, coordinating campaigns, maintaining marketing records, and assisting in lead generation and brand-building activities for real estate projects.

1. Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and media partners.

- Support digital marketing activities including social media, website, and online promotions.

- Assist in preparation of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and project updates.

- Coordinate property/project events, exhibitions, launches, and promotional activities.

- Maintain records of marketing leads, campaigns, expenses, and activities.

- Assist the sales team with marketing collaterals and promotional requirements.





- Coordinate with creative agencies for designing marketing content.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and promotional activities.

- Prepare basic marketing reports and MIS for management.

- Ensure timely execution of assigned marketing activities.

- Timely execution of marketing activities.

- Lead generation and campaign support.

- Marketing campaign coordination and follow-up.

- Accuracy of marketing reports and records.

- Vendor/agency coordination.

- Support provided to sales and project marketing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
