Caimue is a video-first B2B marketing agency running end-to-end marketing for a portfolio of rapid-moving companies across data & AI, product engineering, talent, and more. We work directly with founders and CEOs, not layers of committees, and we think in video first.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to own client relationships and day-to-day marketing execution for one or more of our brand accounts. This is not a support role, you'll be the single point of contact for your assigned accounts, responsible for making sure marketing actually moves the needle, not just gets published on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing expectations and priorities on both sides
- Build and maintain a content calendar and campaign plan for each account you own
- Brief the production team (content creators, video editors) clearly so execution matches strategy
- Represent the brand confidently in client conversations, including calls and in-person meetings
- Appear on camera when required, for brand videos, client-facing content, or internal campaign pieces
- Track engagement, leads, and campaign performance, and adjust plans based on what's actually working




- Coordinate with leadership to align account strategy with broader business goals
- Stay on top of platform trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others relevant to B2B) and bring new ideas to the table proactively

What We're Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you should be able to write a sharp caption and hold a confident conversation with a client's leadership team
- Comfortable and confident on camera, this is a hard requirement, the role includes on-camera facing responsibilities as part of regular work
- Proactive and organized, able to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Genuine interest in marketing, content, and how brands build an audience, not just executing tasks handed down
- Fresh graduates (UG or MBA) welcome to apply, no prior agency experience required, though it's a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai
