Role Description The Marketing Assistant role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur.

The Marketing

Assistant will support day-to-day marketing operations, including conducting market research, assisting with sales and marketing campaigns, and helping maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, updating databases and reports, and supporting promotional activities and events. The role also involves monitoring marketing performance metrics, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels.



This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation of market trends and customer insights.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including supporting lead generation, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with sales presentations.
- Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
