Our Home Loan Specialists are stationed at premium developer projects and work closely with property buyers and the developer's sales team to deliver seamless home loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet customers referred by the developer's Sales team.
- Assess loan eligibility and understand funding requirements.
- Recommend the best-fit bank from our 15+ banking partners.
- Guide customers through documentation, login, sanction, and disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks, developer CRM, Sales, Sourcing & Closing teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Cross-sell Loan Secure Protection Insurance (LSPI) after loan disbursement.
We have client locations available: Kurla, Powai, Malad, Mahim, Borivali (Depends Upon candidates' location)
Working Time: 10 am - 6.30 pm (Sunday Working, 1 day off in week)
