We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented B2B Marketing & Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities for our essential oil products through both digital and offline channels. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, market visits, vendor/distributor relationships, online outreach, and converting prospects into long-term B2B customers.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in essential oils, cosmetics, personal care, fragrance, aromatherapy, FMCG, wellness, herbal products, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong B2B lead-generation and business-development skills.
- Comfortable with both field sales/market visits and digital sales.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, WhatsApp Business, B2B marketplaces, and other digital lead-generation channels.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.




- Ability to build relationships with vendors, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and corporate buyers.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets and required tools for maintaining leads and sales pipelines.
- Commercial understanding of pricing, quotations, margins, order quantities, and negotiations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings, market visits, exhibitions, and business development.
- Good written and spoken English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
