6 days working The successful candidate will own the marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, converting founder direction into a structured content, PR, communications, and brand engine. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can independently manage strategy while also executing content, digital marketing, PR, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own quarterly marketing plans, marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets.

Develop and execute the overall B2B marketing and communications strategy.

Own LinkedIn strategy and content, including thought leadership and founder-led communication.

Manage website content, blogs, SEO articles, newsletters, email campaigns, and case studies.

Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

Ghostwrite content, articles, LinkedIn posts, and other communications in the founders voice.

Build and maintain a media network/list of approximately 20–30 relevant contacts.

Pitch 2–4 stories, founder commentaries,



or media opportunities every month.

Draft press notes, media pitches, press releases, and founder quotes.

Develop client-facing marketing collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and company profiles.

Manage website content and coordinate basic SEO initiatives.

Track and report monthly performance across content, engagement, website traffic, media activity, PR coverage, and marketing-influenced enquiries/leads.

Manage external agencies, including design agencies, website developers, freelancers, PR consultants, and other marketing vendors.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the founder to translate business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.

Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, thought leadership, media presence, and inbound lead generation.

Stay updated on B2B marketing, content, PR, SEO, LinkedIn, and digital marketing trends.
