PlebX is a hyperlocal services marketplace launching in Bangalore. We are looking for a agile Growth & Marketing Intern to drive end-to-end platform expansion by onboarding local service providers on-ground and spearheading digital seeker acquisition through influencer campaigns, content creation, and performance marketing.
What You'll Do
You will spend part of your time on the ground visiting local service providers across Bangalore to pitch PlebX, capture on-site profiles via structured surveys, and build our provider network. Simultaneously, you will take full ownership of seeker growth by sourcing and collaborating with nano/micro-influencers, shooting and editing engaging short-form videos for social promotion, and executing targeted digital ad campaigns to drive app downloads.
Requirements
You should be comfortable with a mix of field travel across Bangalore and digital marketing execution, possessing an active social media presence with a sharp eye for trending content. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, a comfort with cold outreach and rejection, and a high-energy startup hustle mindset are essential for success.
