Position: Marketing and Branding Consultant (Independent | Mumbai)

Location: BKC, Mumbai

What are we looking at:

We are looking for a senior Marketing and Branding Consultant to work directly with leadership, build our long-range marketing plan, and set up our growth systems.

Independent consultants only. No agencies or outsourced firms.

What you will own

- Long-range strategy: Build the marketing and positioning roadmap to scale our B2B advisory and technology practice.
- Systems and structure: Create the operating rhythms, content pipelines, and distribution workflows to move from ad hoc efforts to a repeatable engine.
- Team leadership: Directly manage and mentor a team of 2 internal marketers, driving daily output and quality.
- Goals and analytics: Define marketing OKRs, build the analytics dashboard, and track pipeline metrics, attribution, and channel performance.
- Organic content engine: Turn complex legal, tax, and financial subject matter into transparent,



high-signal narratives for founders and finance leaders.

What we are looking for

- At least 10 years of experience in brand strategy, organic growth, and content marketing.
- Proven track record in B2B services (consulting, legal, finance, fintech, or advisory).
- AI-native in practice: You actively use modern AI tools to speed up research, drafting, analysis, and execution, and you know how to build those workflows for the team.
- Strong managerial experience: Skilled at setting clear expectations, building accountability, and coaching small teams.
- Independent practitioners only: We want an experienced operator embedded in the business, not an agency account manager.

Working arrangement

- Part-time consulting retainer.
- Onsite: 2 days a week at our Mumbai office, remaining days remote.
