Golden Lens is a growing wedding cinematography and photography studio focused on cinematic, documentary-driven storytelling. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building the business, not just completing an internship.

This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the team across marketing, lead generation and business development.

What you’ll be doing

Research potential clients, venues, planners, brands and collaboration opportunities

Find and build new lead lists

Reach out to potential clients and partners

Follow up with leads and maintain lead records

Help plan and execute marketing activities

Work on Instagram and other digital channels

Research competitors, trends and the wedding market

Help build partnerships and collaborations

Assist with proposals, presentations and other marketing material

Track what is working and help us improve our approach

Bring new ideas and take them from idea to execution

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to have years of experience. We’re more interested in how you think and how you work.

Good communication skills





Comfortable speaking to people and making calls

Curious and willing to research and learn

Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions

Organised and good with follow-ups

Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs and basic digital tools

Interest in marketing, sales and business development

Willing to take responsibility for getting things done
